What is Northern Gateway Community Collective?

  • a 99-acre parcel of land between I-43 and Northwoods Road in Saukville

  • owned by Ansay Development Corporation

The development is slated to include:

  • residential units, commercial and business spaces, recreation space, a plaza park, a hotel, and possibly more

  • a community that will include housing, work, and socializing opportunities for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities I/DD

Balance Inc. will be operating the housing/staffing of apartments for individuals with I/DD within the Northern Gateway Community Collective.

The partners involved in Northern Gateway Community Collective as they symbolically break the ground at the worksite in Saukville. The 99-acre parcel being developed is located just north of Piggly Wiggly and Camping World and just west of the Feith Family Ozaukee YMCA.
