The development is slated to include:
residential units, commercial and business spaces, recreation space, a plaza park, a hotel, and possibly more
a community that will include housing, work, and socializing opportunities for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities I/DD
Balance Inc. will be operating the housing/staffing of apartments for individuals with I/DD within the Northern Gateway Community Collective.
