Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver
DSPs support our clients during our weekday Adult Day Program and/or support our residents at our Adult Family Homes.
The participants in our programs all have varying degrees of intellectual and developmental disabilities and the support we provide helps to improve their quality of life.

We currently have multiple open positions
DSPs work in Ozaukee County, WI.
Our Adult Day Program DSP staff mainly work from our headquarters in Grafton but will go on daily community outings with the individuals in their care.
Our Adult Family Home DSP staff can work in various locations but work will be concentrated in Port Washington, Saukville, or Grafton. The location will depend upon which Adult Family Home they are assigned.
$500 sign-on bonus for full-time DSPs. This is split into two payments and paid out after completing a certain amount of days.
Referral bonus if referred by a Balance staff member.
Competitive starting wages plus benefits package.
