Malorie King Named CEO of Balance Inc., Pledging Continued Dedication to Empowering Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

Balance, a leading advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), proudly announces Malorie King as its new Chief Executive Officer. With a commitment to empowering individuals and enriching communities, Malorie's leadership will advance Balance's mission of improving the quality of life for adults and children with IDD.
Malorie King brings over 12 years of experience in human resources and management within various healthcare specialties and behavioral health sectors. Joining Balance in August 2022, she has played an instrumental role in shaping the company's strategies and fostering a culture of excellence and growth. Passionate about empowering employees and nurturing talent, Malorie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, providing her with a solid foundation in business management and strategy. She is also a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
