Movement Mentors help Balance's Adult Family Home residents get out of the house for weekly walks around the neighborhood. This volunteer program helps Balance's residents stay active and connect with members of the community in a meaningful way.

United Way of Northern Ozaukee approved a $15,000 grant to Balance Inc. to support their Children's Social Skills Program. This grant will bolster the impactful efforts of Balance Inc. in providing essential services to children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) within Ozaukee County.
Balance at Mel’s Magic Moments 2024 Dance
Balance Adult Family Home residents attended Mel’s Charities annual Magic Moments dance. This “prom” for individuals with IDD is hosted by Mel’s Charities at Cedarburg High School. Cedarburg High School students cheered on the guests during an evening of dinner and dancing.
